Position: Stand with your legs apart as the width of your
shoulder. Hold both sticks by one hand with your arm straight &
shoulder 90 degree flexed. Action: Rotate your forearm left & right continuously to the extreme position. Repeat more than 40 times. Function: Moblise forearm & streng then the muscles there. |

Position:Stand and hold the stick on a hand. Action:Rotate the nunchaku anticlockwisely. You can also do it in clockwise rotation. Note :Don't let your arm staying too close or too far from your body! It will make it difficult to control(for beginners) and dangerous to your body respectively. Function:Prevent sideway attack. A state for preparing another attack. |
Infinite Loop (Hachiji-Kaiten) | ||||

Position:Stand and hold the stick on a hand. Keep the
vacant hand by the side of your body Action:Swing the nunchaku like the infinite sign or the number 8. You can also swing in the reverse direction of the arrows. Note :Integrate the control of your arm, forearm, wrist and also your steps in order to give the best perform. Function:This action protect your whole body. It is good on protection and preparation for attack. However, the movement is large. So it take more time to recover from the action. |
Infinite Loop with Two Nunchaku (Morote Hachiji Furi Uchi) | ||||

Position:Stand and hold the two nunchaku
by the side of your body. Action:The action is just like Infinite Loop but with two nunchaku. Swing up both sticks above the shoulder. Cross both hands. Draw a circle backward. At the highest point, draw the nunchakus to restore its original position forcefully. You can also do it in reverse rotation. Note :As the action is large and two nunchaku are used together, the coordination of the whole body is very important. The position of two nunchaku must be one above the other for preventing the collision of them. Function:This action draw two infinite signs together so it can cover most part of your body. Besides, the attack region is also large. However, it is rather difficult to handle this action. |

Axillary Throw with Two Sticks | ||||

Position:Stand with your legs apart as the width of
your shoulder. Hold the sticks with one stick under the axilla. Action:Similar to Axillary Throw. Release the stick under the axilla and draw a circle forward. Hold the stick again on the axilla. Note :During the out throw of stick, the shoulders and arms can throw forward as well. Function:It is a fast and common attacking action. |
